6.5 hours of gameplay and got banned for cheating?

Hey guys, After playing battlefield 2042 on PlayStation for years (I preordered it) got to S167 on the PlayStation 4 I decided to get it on PC when I made the switch. I bought the game and got to play for 2 days all of like 5hrs of play time before I was banned for cheating. I filled an appeal but it was declined and I don’t understand why I asked for further evidence of my cheating/software i was using in my appeal and all it says is declined. Can someone please explain what’s going on here I just can’t have one of my favorite games taken away due to false claims.
