6X Thermal Scope not Zeroed correctly.
The Scope, at distance is off. You have to aim slightly high and to the right of the target to get a head shot. So if you are looking at the cross hair, the head would be in the lower left quadrant...

An important tip: If you shoot a sniper, be sure that when they respawn they will call you and be very angry 🙂
