Add a server browser

@RayD_O1Some LevelCap news indicated a briefing from Dice that said a server browser was coming for season 2. Like Mulder back in the day, I want to believe. *edit - I see others had shared the vid. It was only mentioned as part of an overall list of items, was almost a throw away line, and didn’t receive the spotlight that particular news should have had. I’d have said it way more excitedly and added some further comments about how it was necessary, a long time coming, and should have been part of the game from day 1. It’s not a legacy feature, it’s a main feature the majority of players use to experience and enjoy the game.
