@ProDeMatrix It's almost like they are afraid to give a real comment and commitment to these issues.....
I wonder why?
Because this game/project has zero leadership and no roadmap. That's why.
It is truly criminal what has happened to 2042. There should be laws against incompetence that rises to this level when players are paying, in some cases, over $100 USD for this game. I hope that guy who got almost 300k signatures on change.org does reach out to a class action lawsuit attorney like he promised. If nothing else, a message needs to be sent.
Make no mistake, EA/DICE/Battlefield has alienated millions of potential future customers over this debacle. And without serious content infusions and quickly making 2042 a kick * game, they will have millions of people that will never buy another EA/DICE/Battlefield product ever again. Count me, my girlfriend, and all my friends who play Battlefield as a few of those people.
I cannot put into words how angry and disappointed I am with EA/DICE studios. The incompetence and sheer greedy from releasing this title way too early is INFURIATING. In retrospect, the game was not even close to being ready but there's no way they were gonna miss the holiday season and not cash in all those sales to pump their Q4 numbers....
Man....I'd pay a hefty amount of $$$$$ to have a 5 minute conversation with the person responsible for this. Andrew Wilson and EA should be ashamed of themselves. Doubt they care though, swimming in those piles of cash.
