DICE, please add a server browser. I cannot find matches in my region(India). I am just stuck on the waiting for players screen and the match never starts or there are only 20-30 players in a match. ...

The lack of a proper Server Browser / Persistent Servers in BF2042 has undoubtedly dealt a severe blow to communities.
Imho MM simply cannot cater for BF multiplayer needs and should be replaced asap to allow all players / clans / communities to get the best out of BF2042 and all future BF's going forward.
I can't even play the Pondhawk holiday Protocal because I am the only person in the lobby. Whats the point in making game modes and experiances if people can not play them?!
The previous conquest mode with no vehicles I could play fine, the server would load up with AI and there would be 3-5 players in there sometimes playing the game but at least I could MM into it and play it. Why can't all the other AOW modes do that as a bare minimum? I cant play Rush, TDM, Breakthrough, Conquest Dark Creations. All I can play, is the basic Conquest Mode, I can't MM into anything else.

Same for me. I guess a server browser would help finding populated servers.

Totally agree, imho all modes should should start even with one player and backfill with bots so all players have access to all modes.

Yes a Server Browser / Persistent Servers would undoubtedly resolve so many issues. @RayD_O1Last night I could only MM into Conquest for 1.5 games and then not enough players to start a new round. I wouldn't mind but the last round I played was pretty good with the squad that joined me. But they all left bar 1 and that was it for the night. Didn't bother trying to get into Portal.
Ended up being able to download a few free FPS games from XBOX Gold and started playing them instead.
It's sad really, you want to play, but you cant because there is not enough players in my Region, but if we had a SB then we could change that and I could play. That would retain and probably build on the current player base so I wouldn't have to change my region.
I don't get why they are improving the game and the content they are making but still refusing to implement a SB. It's surely the biggest requirement right now.
In other news, I have seen that a new BF logo has been leaked onto a t-shirt on Twitter. Then someone did this to it. See jpeg and twitter link below. Ha! Ha! So maybe we might start to be drip fed info on the next BF title which I am thinking will be before Christmas this year.

Your experience typifies exactly why MM does not cater for player needs, especially in regions with lower player counts.
I can fully understand your frustration and I agree with you that a proper Server Browser / Persistent Servers is the #1 missing QoL improvement still missing from BF2042.
DICE please replace MM asap so all players have access in all regions. Why am i not suprised that this community did NOT! get the deserved answer on this ongoing frustration last year.
Shall we be surprised this year?....or hopefully sooner.
It's the new year, how about we start it off right by making some kind of announcement about this. MM is not up for the task and fails in so many ways. Please show us you care.

BF 20242 will never get persistent servers or a server browser. It won't happen, it wasn't in the devs mind right from the ghetto ghetto.
They don't intend to add it, the games two years old already. If they add a server browers here and spend all the time and effort they might as well go back and release the Eastern front DLC for BF V.
Seasons 7 is going to have two mew maps maybe their new or old I don't know. New weapons, maybe a new vehicle, new cosmetics it will be massive quite large. I'm sure it will span at least five or six months. But, it won't undue the damage already done by the designers of this game.
Sadly this game will never see PS or SB. There's only a sliver of a chance since season 7 is taking so long.

We can all agree that the sooner MM is replaced the better.
BF2042 and all future BF releases going forward need a proper Server Browser / Persistent Servers.
MM cannot cater for BF communities / clans multiplayer needs so DICE need to revert back to the tried and tested Server Browser / Persistent Server set up that worked so well in all previous BF's.DICE please make 2024 the year when the Server Browser / Persistent Servers return to the Battlefield, we all want what is best for the BF series so we can enjoy playing BF the way it should be played.

Persistent servers Update coming in 6.4, it could be a good start. !
- @RayD_O1 I hope so! Portal should be all encompassing in my opinion. One page or tab for AOW and another for Community Games.

Yeah it would be a much better set up.Ultimately they need to bring back a proper Server Browser / Persistent Servers, imho MM simply cannot cater for players needs in a BF multiplayer game.
