Add ability to lock vehicle doors in battlefield

I know locking would be mean. But he has kind of point. Example, we are 4 men squad play one vehicle, ram for example, one mate hops out to repair, some random blueberry runs up and joins, has literally no idea what to do, our squad mate gets stuck outside, we die cause squadmate couldn't shoot his dedicated weapon. This happens at 95% rate.
