ADR Bipod Annoyance/Fire Rate

However, on Xbox at least, Deploy BiPod (or switch to launchers) is hold down "Down" on the + pad. But, press down the "Down" button and it switches firing modes.
Many Many times I have "deployed" the underbarrel, only to find I didn't hold it down long enough, and switched from auto to single fire.
This is true, same as PS5. Holding down on the D pad enables the bipod and vice versa. Pressing once on the down d pad switches fire rate. Which sometime cause the rate to change and not switch the bipod status. There is some lag for it to start working. It should be a different button to change fire rates of be able to lock the fire rate.
@D-Man3847 The problem with :"it should be a different button" is that there just are no available buttons. Everything is already assigned.
