Is it my imagination, or has AI become more accurate/aggressive. In recent weeks, I think AI expertise has ramped up. They know where I am at all times, shoot at me from great distances, and are generally better than a lot of the real players in a game.
Could this be a test for the next BF? BF2042 would be a good testbed for trying new things, as it still has a small player base, and the new game will share many common elements.
They have. Started noticing it may be the last 2 months or so. I swear it's like when I get on a nice kill streak it will be one of them to appear out of nowhere and kill me.
I always had a feeling that the AI is cheating.
What flicks me off is how the AI can One Shot you with a shoulder mounted rocket in the night bird or similar, but if YOU try and take one out, then it takes two or three rockets. What's that all about?
They’ve always been very proficient with hitting air vehicles with the M5 recoiles, or headshot me with the GVT. But indeed it seems their situational awareness has been buffed recently. Especially when it comes to finding you.
They still take potshots in the middle of the map not using any cover though.
