@Adamonic Well I guess what they are saying is that it is going to be heavily censored. So no trash talk, just "how's it going?, how's your mom, I heard your mom is..." No wait a minute this is going the wrong direction! I don't want to get banned. But seriously, if you can't express your frustration with someone on the other team who has been owning you the whole match or rag on them to try to distract them, what good is it?
