An idea to extend the life of Breakthrough on Exposure

@IndigoRain Sounds like a nice idea to me. It'd be interesting if there were dynamic capture points. It'd also work nicely on Orbital - I've felt since release that the area with the tower and gas containers (C sector in Conquest) would have been good for Breakthrough.
