The point in having them is pretty much gone anyway. 

It was allready kind of pointless even before launch day because of the XP servers. I saw guys running around at S005 rank within the first day of early access because of the XP farm servers.

@BizzyVapingthat is like 6M exp...is that even possible with exp farm in one day? at 100 exp per second that is still 16 hours (if my math is right) and i doubt someone could pull 100 exp per second

When reading these thread and the 'problems' with XP farming servers I really don't get it. The ONLY thing that makes some kind of sense is that one would 'farm' to get weapon unlocks. These give you some advantage and I can get if people rather have them fast(er) instead of having to wait and wait until they get unlocked by playing the game.

But for SKINS? What is the flipping point of those. How often do you see your character to 'enjoy' those skins. If you do. And XP is just interesting until you reach level 60. After that, everything is unlocked as there are no more weapons/gadgets beyond that level.

Maybe it is just me, but I play the game because it is fun. BF2042 is not. That's why I stopped playing it by the end of last year (at level of around 80-90, don't know how I could force myself to suffer for so long). Went back to BF5 and have a butter smooth experience with a locked 142 FPS @ 4k and no noticeable mouse lag. And after playing many hours (approx level 240 IIRC) I am still using the default uniforms/skins. Is it still me or are there other players out there that play the game for fun and not for grinding for skins that don't give ANY advantage for playing the game?

People were making servers with 127 bots with 1 health and unlimited tickets. 50exp pr killed bot adds up quickly when they die instantly.

There were videos on youtube of players killing entire servers in a matter of seconds
