Hi Redpomp55,
I think he's possibly saying "I'm ready" in Romanian. I typed a few phrases into Google Translate and "I'm ready" translates to "Sunt gata".
However, I obviously don't speak Romanian, so there's a good chance that I'm completely wrong. Hopefully someone who speaks the language will comment.

ElliotLH your Romanian is as good as mine, but from what I can hear him say in game and translating that you seem to be correct.

Hey guys, a romanian here! Angel does say "I'm ready" in romanian, but the voice actor for him isn't romanian, so he kinda butchered the pronunciation, even I had some issues understanding him properly!
I'm actually a bit sad to hear that. What a shame they didn't use a Romanian voice actor for him.
Yeah, kinda sucks, if I remember right the actor is English-Polish, I would've loved him to have a romanian VA, maybe Angel would've had more quotes in his native language like the other ops!
