And why? Because ppl were not picking Irish to play Exposure?
If with Angel it was ok since you still can resupply by trowing bags on cooldown then Boris got a heavy hit with T1 requirement being damage dealt by turret and then his turret damage and target acquisition nerf.
Now Sundacne with kills ans assits BUT the amount of grenades reduced it is literally 2 times slower now. You physically allowed to throw only half of your grenades. Do we get anything to compensate said weakness? No, not really. At least I'm not aware of anything like that. Just less and less to make the whole progression harder.
Could we get significantly faster cooldown on grenade? Bigger radius? Less grenades but more damage per grenade?
Could we get turret live longer then? Acquire target faster? Increased radius?
Those are just from the top of my head. I think there should be even better balancing solution. That's on top of that we had balancing before. One Irish can protect the whole team from all Sundance nade spam in the world. And for Boris same Sundance could nuke turret without even peaking from the corner.
But just to nerf things to the level no one using it anymore is THE dice way.
The majority of the player base refuses to change their play style to counter things. Instead they would rather whine on the reddit, the forums, twitter and wait for the devs to nerf things into the ground.
