Any way to switch off the in-game voices from specialists?

Initially I turned the in-game announcer volume down to 0 and that worked. After this update though, It's back on even though it's still set to 0. I don't like their voices, I find them annoying, and it kinda ruins the little enjoyment of the game I'm having right now. Any work around?

On PS5 btw.
