Anyone know a complete list of all promotions and extras for BF 2042 so far?

Yes. I used amazon for my BF2042 Logitech promo rewards. Bought a Logitech G 840XL mousepad for one code and a G Pro mouse for the other code to get the full package for both codes for the 3 skins and card. It must say BF 2042 Promo included with purchase on amazon I think but maybe works for other items as well if you contact Logitech to be certain, had to contact Logitech for the link to redeem them as well though.
