    @VAWAVER1 and that's probably the problem. 

    ^^ you have set this!

    So i guess the vehicles only spawn with the default loadout. 

    ^^ try to set either this...

    ^^ or this!

    This should be the default setting if you create a new portal server.

    Then it should be fine.

@VAWAVER1 can you tell me in here what settings you made in this server, or show Screenshots of the settings?

Maybe something you set up is blocking it. 🤔

      @VAWAVER1 i maybe have an idea but first another question.

      When you want to use your chopper, you spawn on the ground and get into your chopper in the Base where he is standing on the ground?

        Exactly as you write.

        I spawn on the ground and get into my Apache chopper in my base where Apache is standing on the ground.

        Caspian Border map as an example.
