Here’s a little tip….. the anti cheat will also look for trace files and if your using a unscrupulous program for another game it will also pick that up too!
You got busted
Agreed @emerson1975 ,
All the conspiracy theories here are just plain silly..
First off, I think we all should applaud that we actually see EA actively banning players off right from the get go! There have been years of moaning in the community that they didn't even think that cheats ever got banned ever. Well, now here is your proof that EA is active in this field.
(and I will not judge if OP is guilty or not. That is his business with EA to determine and we have nothing reliable to base any opinion on this here in the forum anyway)
Next, it is a myth that anyone is getting banned just because some small kiddoes got salty and couldn't take they got owned in the game. That is not how the process is executed on how EA review players if they are legit or not. It doesn't matter how many salty players report you or not. If there is no hard evidence to the EA investigators that you have indeed been cheating, well then you have absolutely nothing to fear, because you will of course not be banned then.
Third, when we see this kind of language being used:
Then the ban is not just because just some small silly boosting in the Portal took place.
So no, the title of this thread is not at all representative of what has taken place here.
Anyway, we are not allowed to discuss specifics about cheating here or the actual actions on a specific case. Suggest this thread is simply just closed and hopefullly can serve as warning to all the wanna-be cheaters out there not to get on to the BF2042 game with all their shenanigans.

@CyberDymeBoy, you sure do look cute from my perspective.
First off, I think we should all be worried that EA is throwing out indiscriminate bans without warning or explanation -- especially since it's two whole days into early access, and several people have come forward to post about their bans (because that's what cheaters do, they all gather like ravens to a dead heap).
Let's not pretend EA can't mess this up. That's just...naive.
Next is the assumption that EA doesn't have an automated system that flags and instantly bans accounts that were reported en masse, as plenty of other games have had similarly abused systems. PUBG, for instance.
Third, when we see an automated, generic email with no specifics to what the actual violation was, every violation will be deemed "extreme" if they all receive the same message. Apparently you're new to email.
So yes, I think the title is a fair assumption of what took place. I am a good player. I practiced to get where I am. I was top 1% by the time I stopped grinding "Modern Warfare." And if I could survive the entirety of that game from its 2019 launch through several ban waves, to then have EA ban me by day two of this game's launch, it's safe to assume the fault is not mine.

The game is broken. Plain and simple.
And some people, hard as it is to accept, are just better at it than you. - DeathSoldier114 years agoSeasoned Traveler
@CyberDyme You're assuming EA actually knows what they're doing. Based on the current state of the game, they don't. While I agree that we should be careful who we trust, I don't think you should close the thread. That's pretty ridiculous to even suggest. While we aren't the judges, this should be public, especially if it's happening wrongfully to multiple people. Also taking into account that the "judge" is the one supposedly wrongfully banning people. I'm sure glad this didn't happen to me because I'd more more than upset if they did that... And I'd want others to know to show how terrible their system is.
