April Update?

What is going to be in this update? Have they said or are there any rumors? I'm wondering if it's going to be worth picking back up or not.

    Patch 4.0 is live next week, some of the highlights on what's coming you can read the rest next weeks once the patch notes are live. 🙂 

    • There are over 400+ Individual Fixes, Bugs, and QoL Improvements to go through next week.
    • In Update 4.0, Rao and Paik shall have their traits updated. Sundance has also received some fixes to their Grenade Belt, allowing for better Anti-Armor Grenade target acquisition within their immediate vicinity rather than things football fields away!
    • Ribbons have been tweaked in order to allow easier unlocking across modes such as Rush. XP for Support Actions and Teamplay within the game have also been balanced to ensure teamwork remains king.
    • Vehicular Warfare balancing alongside targetted tweaks to the likes of the Bolte, to ensure that Infantry/Vehicle counter play still has some bite! Bug Fixes towards the ADS bug when exiting a vehicle and reviving near obstacles are also in this Update.
    • Attachments shall also receive an overhaul in Update 4.0, with a focus on ensuring they feel unique and have an impact on your loadout choice and gunplay.

Just posted this in another thread, but will leave it here as well.

The next will be considerable (April), and we're currently looking at a few hundred changes. It's mostly bug fixes, but we're also looking to make further changes to for example vehicle balance and the current behavior of attachments for weapons. 

We'll provide more details on what exactly is in the update closer to its release date via a full set of update notes. I know you would like to know more now, so I want to clarify that I'm not trying to tease you by being vague - I'm simply still compiling the full list of changes for you all because it's a lot.

Edit: the update will also contain the End of Round Scoreboard functionality, and VoIP. I think this is known info, but want to share it again for those who missed it.

Please, tell us about map rotation and server browsing. This is a much wanted feature. We would like an update in that. We need to know if we've been heard on our mais requests or not.

    A Server Browser / Map rotation should be their Number one priority and we should keep pushing DICE to implement this asap.
