Really enjoying the discussion guys. Interesting to see different perspectives on it that's the whole point of this post. I still stand by what I said though. It really is the best sight in the game by a wide margin and it's locked behind a paywall, it feels bad. And like I said they typically take similar themed skins and apply it to other guns. It's only a matter of time before they put it on real long guns that matter and PC players will legit beam you across the map. It's important to have an open discuss about it so DICE make the best decisions. I'm not buying the battle pass/skin just for the sight and I don't recommend anyone else to do so either.

That's highly debatable. I don't think it is best or even much better or better at all. I don't have blur with other sights and this one has low magnification so it might feel like it give you more FOV but it doesn't give you more that other sights with the same magnification. The only difference is the upper cap. Then again red dot is barely visible on brighter background. I would prefer iron sight TBH over this one. In my opinion it is far from being P2W. Diablo immortal is P2W. Battlefront 2 was P2W. In this regard Battlefield 4 was more P2W than 2042.
