Are Hackers increasing?
Has anyone else noticed a rise in hackers? Over the past few days i have been noticing a few more hackers in the game. Mostly aimbots as their kills are huge As soon as they become a huge problem ...

I agree it is sometimes hard to spot the hackers due to net-code but i have now played so many games and a lot of other players are even saying "Hacker in game "
I have been running my own game servers for almost 20 years(yeah im old) so i know how to spot a hacker
I even seen a JackFrags video of 2042 and he said there was a hacker in his game, even westie complained of hackers
I doubt EA/Dice will do anything about this as 2042 seems to be a thorn in their side now and has minimal support from the devs, hence 1 map per season
but they need to ban some of them before this game dies a sudden death
There hackers are easier to spot when you look at scoreboard, as i said before map starts and within the first few minutes someone has 30 or 40 kills from 1 spot on the map
and ends up with 5 times the kills of even the highest scorers in game
I agree with others here that EAC doesn't work and is just a token gesture so that needs to be updated or changed for something better

I wouldnt say i've seen hackers, but what i have seen is people with the consoles making absurd shots. 95% of my deaths are from console players.
I am getting alot of 1 hits from the SFAR, bullets hitting me behind walls - once, was fighting near the corner, had to reload, so started to move behind the wall, first shot was in open, second shot was right behind wall, couple more shots about 15 feet behind wall. Guy was actually behind 2 walls down the corridor. ( L shape ) . Guy was on console, dont think it was aimbot as such, because would have 1 shot at the corner.
this aim assist they are using, appears over powered.
match - side A mix of comps and *, side B was mostly *. side B was killing in in K/D ratio
Of course, EAC works, but the problem is that only the developers see it, and they are probably always satisfied with the result, regardless of whether it is 10, 100,000 or everything in between that they caught, as it is possible to turn these into anything you want to prove with these numbers. As a player you only notice if there is a lot or a little of something and judge based on that, then it doesn't matter if someone only saw 1 cheater because someone has always seen 1 more and will judge based on that.

The solution is to separate console and PC, that's the only way to get away from it.
Since there are so many "speculations" regarding this matter its very, very strange that EA/Dice didnt provide us the oppurtunity to have closer look at suspected cheater/cheating behaviour, they didtn included a descent statpage (or provide 3:rd party sites to gather stat info as usual) to check headshot ratio (HSR), kills per minute (KPM), and damage check including accuracy per weapon !
They took away spectator mode to check for certain obvious auto movement etc. etc. Why?, ffs WHY??
They dont provide community to rent servers so admin can monitor and kick/ban obvious cheaters anymore... WHY?
Why are EA/Dice choose this path?
