Aren't there supposed to be bots who fill in for missing team members in AoW?

I still havent seen a single AI in 75+ hours of multiplayer. 

55 of those hours have been on the Ps5 version with crossplay disabled making it even weirder that I haven't seen any. I can understand not seeing any on my PC version with crossplay on, but I fully expected to see tons of bots the second I disabled crossplay on Ps5, as most people haven't been able to get their hands on one yet.
