It's a reward from the free Battlepass. If you scroll through the tiers, you should see it. 

Tier 22 of the free BP to be exact! I have my sights on it as well as a new AR to T1 sounds right up my alley.

I'm grinding the next two days to unlock it. I want to T1 that thing

I knew because I was close, and today I unlocked it. 
I first want to finish the gun I’m currently working on for T1 before I take the KFS2000 for a spin

In that case, I hope you can finish the current gun quickly so you can get started on the KFS2000.
