@X-Sunslayer-Xit can me the difference between winnign a gunfight and loosing because your teamate Angel refused to give armor to you...

Got it.... So any specialist that gets an advantage to a kill, should be nerfed. That means, Sundances movement and nades, Rao's ability to radar, Mackays speed on zip lines and the ability to jump to buildings, Rangers, Turrets, Shield Punch,
More inline directly to your whine, Falck doesnt shoot you with a heal and someone else kills you so Falck shouldnt get to heal herself.......

specialists clearly have not moved the game forward in a meaningful way
i agree bad teamates belong to BF liek a sole to a shoe that does not mean we can not rework the worst holes to make it a more pleasant experience...

- 4 years ago@X-Sunslayer-X 1 more bullet is not an OP ability. This is a matter of perspective. Youre taking out Player Play on a Specialist. If we were to nerf every specialist because of bad player play, there would be no ground forces.

Sundance's and McKay's ability and passive is entirely focused on themselves, same with Dozer and Paik...
sure they could use thei gadget slot to benefit the team i.E use a becon or ammo/health but unless their entire squad is playing the same specialist they help no one but themselves.
so more often then not a sundance will either have a becon to respawn faster or she uses the med-pen to stay alive longer since she does nto need a becon to get anywhere faster then anything but a yet...and ofc one mroe bullet to kill makes all the difference in this game, in any FPS-game for that matter. now if HS would negate the armor i wouldn't mind but this is not how the game works

Now you're splitting hairs. Falck is directly to your point. Falck chooses to heal the guy next to you and runs off. Your next battle, that guy needs less bullets then you. Falck should be nerfed for the same reason Angel.
The fact is, each specialist has an advantage based on the specialty. Whether it is movement, nades, AI assist, protection, healing. Singling out 1 because your teammates wont share is a bogus reason for a nerf. It is selfish.
This game works better when everyone works as a team. I think everyone here will agree, but the reality is, unless youre playing with friends or your Coms are with a cooperative group, that just doesn't happen. Most players are scoreboard hores only goal is to top the board and epeen.
I cannot tell you how many times Angel, Falck has run by me, with an opportunity to revive me, and they don't. I have been #1 in stats with 3 revives. That is because people playing Falck are healing themselves only. This is a team game, but people pay their money for their personal enjoyment.
Nerfing because you are not getting a benefit is wrong. Period. No defense.
