Banned Account for No reason!!!

I just want to say that my account has been banned by EA for no reason, Im 49 years and play only a a couple of hours a week and mostly in co op mode with bots, so what could i have done to be banned, i payed 59.99 euros for the game and now i can´t play, and the worse is EA don´t give any explanation.

  • Hey mate, unfortunately there is nothing we can do on AHQ other than give you the link to the ToS team. The process to contact em can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    Choose your platform.
    Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    Fill out any other details below.
    For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    Click Select contact option.
    Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension if you haven't already.

    @claudiu111

    On the first day of early access there where players which have abused the portal system to farm Bots and get huge exp advantage

    I don't know if there where something off in the coop play but if there weren’t they don't have capped it there also

    and as I have written in another thread maybe they are now Checking the logs for EXP farmer

    But it is only an assumption and till EA or DICE give us the answer we don't know the real reason for the banning
