Banned battlefield 2042 I need help A follow up to my previous post

I have been able to reach out to the TOS team  before on the matter to inquire information but not to make an formal appeal on the matter but I unfortunately have gotten an automated response with no additional information given.

Ok so I just tried a 2 different browsers and cleared there caches along with the one I'm on atm and nothing seemed to change that unfortunately.

even though you said it may sound silly I appreciate all the help I can get so thank you very much.
