Banned on multiple platforms and accounts for refunding

If they were reasonable in the first place and just refunded I'd have had no need to take it to that level. It's just sad. Not to mention cross referencing my email to make sure they hit me on any other platforms/accounts that they can. Do you agree with the practice? Just because it's done by multiple companies doesn't make it right, unless it's to counter people trying to scam etc.

  Thanks for letting us know they search for other accounts not linked to the incident and ban those accounts too. I'll be sure to keep all email addresses completely seperated now, including financial.

@ZjemCiKolege Maybe, but everytime Ive asked for a refund over xbox live Ive had no issues. I remember when the mcc came out and was broken. Called up ms and asked for a refund and they refunded my money no questions asked. I believe they also did the same for many last year for cyberpunk. If these companies release unfinished games then customers have every right to ask and get full refunds
