I don't know what where you expecting?
You have bought play pro subscription and when you cancel this subscription it will stay active for one month and then it will not renew for the "next" month.
It looks like a kind of a fraud for EA because you have used the play pro subscription to play BF2042 and then used a chargeback...
And this has nothing to do with BF20420 because with play pro subscription you can play many other games.
So, in this case I think a chargeback via PayPal was a bad decision, but this is only my opinion
I think the only way is to try get another Ticket\Discussion with the support but I think this look bad.
Ok a few points to note -
I only played BF2042, and less than 6 hours in game (and probably an hour in any maps) they will clearly be able to see this on their side.
I have no issue losing access to EA Play, my beef is with them taking games away that I bought individually well before any kind of EA Play.
And my phone has logged me into my other account - it’s still me the OP
