Battle pass progression speed genuine concern

So what you're saying is you don't feel like doing any effort, so they have to give you all the rewards. Yeah bruh, like everything in life, if you want something you have to put in the work. 

I hope the person responsible for this pass will be fired. And he will not be in the bf6 team. Such a pass is only suitable for those who play 12 hours a day. If the system will be in BF6, I will make a refund.

You get already 10k points for first match, 2k xp per full ribbon (5times)   That means, you get alteady 20k only for full ribbons and first match by playing only 1 match a day. Beside that, you got the weekly‘s and the standard extra xp. 

Battlepasd is well balanced. If you can‘t finish it, you play the game „wrong“. Change it to max your ribbon points!  Play in squad, do squad objectives, support squad members, …well… play Battlefield as it was intended. 

I hope the people that constantly complain about it get fired.

The rank 25 is not that bad - assuming you will do all or most of weekly challenges, there isn't that much ranks left till 60 (also, the challenges will provide a little bit more progress starting next week). Some of the challenges is better to do on Portal servers - it's easier and much less time consuming. For example, the current engineer challenges are progressing quite nicely on El Alamein conquest there and it's not the only option. It's also useful to utilize a daily 10k EXP bonus for the first match. Play a few rounds from Friday to Sunday each week to utilize a weekend EXP bonus and I guess you will be set (if you are doing things "right" and getting ribbons, which quite contribute to the EXP gained). :)

i try to do most of the weekly challenges the ones i find too hard to do i just skip them and pass to farm the ribbons until im tired,

as for doing the challenges on portal servers, i haven't thought of the map, it's true that some map are favorable for taking down vehicles or heli's finding the map on portal is another thing tho but i might have an idea based with the heli's (the ones where you spin around the 3 points there's always enemies it might be a bad idea tho)

also i forgot about the daily 10k bonus , thank you for the reminder

Yes, some maps may be better than others, depending on the challenge. I tried a few and El Alamein conquest worked best for me (at there is always some vehicle or heli around, so the final 10-point challenge progressed quite quickly). I just took a tank from the base and shot every vehicle I've seen around. But I heard Iwo Jima also isn't bad (I didn't try) and there certainly will be other.

My "tactics" is to get to the final challenge of each week as quickly as possible through the easiest challenges so I can complete it (as the final one expires) and then leave the rest of challenges be. They often complete during a normal gameplay later and thus I will only focus on these remaining at the season end, if it will be worth it. I am usually playing just a few rounds Fri-Sun each day, something like 5-10 for the entire weekend in total and it seems to be sufficient for the battle pass completion (around 10 ranks per week, although it may require some final little push during the triple EXP weekends as the progress will be slower with higher ranks). I don't bother to play outside of the weekend bonus, it's not very time efficient (even with the daily first match bonus). ;)

 El Alamein being open and wide has helped me with damages, however I've noticed that for some reason in portal it does not track for the battle pass progression anymore so im stuck with the normal modes and like i said the matchmaking is making me live hell for completing the battle pass , by the time you read this i gave up on the damage as for the engineer challenge , the damage registered is too low for it to be completed in time 

like you said i will try completing the bonus asap and the rest can be achieved normally by just playing, as for the "around 10 ranks per week"

i might farm the ribbons every day to catch back my delay, i dbout it will be efficient but still progress

You have probably played some heavily modified Portal server, not providing EXP (you should see that it still gives some  reduced/limited EXP before joining). Such Portal servers certainly were counting towards the battle pass challenges today.

I am not doing anything special nor farming ribbons - just playing the game as medic or recon (as those are my favorite classes) and doing the usual - killing enemies, capturing objectives, recon/resupply/revives. I don't remember exact numbers, as it also depends if the team won the match or not, but without the daily bonus and with the weekend bonus I have something about 30k+ per match of Breakthrough, I think it's even more with some longer rounds of Conquest or prolonged matches in general. I really do not remember exactly, but it certainly isn't less than 25k for the full round.
What I usually do is to play a round or two of Breakthrough a day during the weekends (including Fridays), as those are quick (something like 15-20 minutes, except Iwo Jima), and then pick any mode that seems to be most suitable for the weekly challenges for an extra round or two.

It's also worth to be noted that these ~10 ranks per week are including most of the challenges (which currently provide 5.5 battle pass ranks per week when fully completed and even if you skip some, it's still a nice boost with the final challenge finished).

You honestly did something the wrong way.

I had been away from my PC between 27 August and 5 September and I am still at battlepass level 42 and I unlocked the Frogfoot.

From the math that I have heard about, even people who go to AFK servers and leave their PC on overnight, should have more progression than you.

There are more efficient and less efficient ways to do things and if you are level 25 in the battlepass right now, you may have been trying to win a 100m race while turning your back towards the goal and walking in reverse
