@TickTack121 I expect that if they were favorable, we would see them on twitter. And favorable means 8 out of 10 points and higher.
But I know how I answered, and that isn't as close to the 8 than the 10 is.

OMG yeah, just like they did referencing the Steamcharts stats when the playercount hit 30K for the first time since launch with a free to play week.

They only post favorable info. There is no way that the surveys are favorable, however, we do know they completely ignore them.
