Battlefield 2042 - Long wait times????

Not enough players to start a game on Saturday night at 6pm on the USA East Coast? Is Battlefield 2042 that dead? There's still 3 more months before Season 1 starts!

what season 1? they are clowns no one will play this game in about a week. 3 months hahaha.. clownfield.

If the update this coming week is just a scoreboard, I'm done and not coming back. I will never buy another game from EA again, no Apex, Fifa, Madden, EA Play, none of it. The only way to make an impact is by boycotting them. One month of no sales or micro transactions would crush them. 

Once you break up the player count into 6-8 groups some game modes become unplayable due to lack of players. 

Even AI has stopped playing. It is one thing to have bots in Portal for fun but in AOW? That is an embarrassment. 

Try Hazard Zone when you get a chance, I have only been able to get into a single match since launch.

It is totally shocking and it's hard to believe a BF title has been reduced to this level four months after launch isn't it.

It would take a mammoth amount of changes / fixes / new content to even start to get those millions of players to even think about coming back after the launch it has had.

It is very hard to stay positive in this climate and we spend our days here on the forums scratching around for crumbs of information, something to give us hope, but unfortunately we have found little comfort to date.

Time is running out for BF2042 and as the saying goes "time waits for no man". !!

I think the problem is that this, in its currently form, just ISN'T a real BF title. At least not what almost everyone expected, given the trailer and promo interviews before. If it were, this problem would not exist and we would be shooting each other instead of chatting in the forums.

Even though I like the interaction here, I would much rather not be here but play the game.

Per EA/DICE's own statements then the AI Soldiers were exactly added to the BF2042 game for this very purpose.  To fill up the servers in the very unusual situation that not enough human players would be around to fill up a server to play the game with full teams.  Also reason why there should matter of fact never be any waiting at all for anybody human to play this game on full servers. 

But as we see the facts on the ground right now, we must conclude that even the bots find the game so horrible bad that they refuse to play it.
