The MV38 Condor an the MI240 Super Hind need balancing to make them less overpowered, limiting to only one air vehicle change does not fix this issue ... it makes it worse as there are fewer air resources to be leveraged against it.
Please stop taking the "EASY" solution of simply limiting the number of vehicles when people complain about vehicle balance. Understand the root cause and make adjustments. One of the most significant reasons people are complaining about vehicles is the lack of good cover for infantry which resulted in them being easily farmed. Other things could be increasing vehicle damage against other vehicles while keeping damage to infantry at a reasonable level (to prevent over-farming).
If you keep removing attack vehicles from the game, then you loose one of the big draws that Battlefield has and at that point there are plenty of good FPS infantry shooters out there.
