@Arrakis681 moved your post out, as its not a bug.

The profile settings to dx11 does not change anything as its legacy function.

      @Arrakis681 He did move it to the right place.

      I do agree it would be nice to have that option for people to see which api is going to give better performance on their machine.

      However, I certainly wouldn't hold my breath. I highly doubt they add dx11. They'll be focusing on optimizing dx12

        You won’t see dx11 am afraid. 
        Tend to find stuff like that had to be incorporated from the ground up
