On HZ, when data drive satellites crash down, you may hear the following quotes below. These may simply be a rare RNG audio EE that plays, or perhaps there's more to them.

76. "Good Company" Dead Space Plushies
A "Good Company" set of four plushies can be found on the Redacted map. They include a penguin, T-Rex, shark, and crab. Once you pick one up, an animation will play and the respective weapon charm will unlock. Some of you may have noticed that these are the plushies found in the 2023 Dead Space remake game, and each plushie represents a Battlefield class. Note also the reference to the Good Company counterparts from Battlefield Bad Company.
Note these important stipulations:
- 40 total set locations are thought to exist on the Redacted map for the plushies (10 specific locations for each plushie type). Check the BFEE Discord for help on specific locations.
- There is only one plushie that appears per round. The location it appears at seems to be randomly generated.
- Once a player picks up a plushie, it's gone forever for that round and no other player will be able to pick it up (i.e. first come, first serve).
- All 4 plushies must be collected to unlock the "Good Company" player card.
This is a great post, with lots of detailed information, thank you for this.
However, I can't help but think that a lot of serious time and definitely a lot of thought was put into all of this from the developers, and I mean a lot of thought, this stuff doesn't just happen by accident, it has to be planned out, detailed, and then implemented into the game.
What a pity they did not put this much effort into the game itself.
On the plushies that you can collect on Redacted, you may notice that they have pins on their coats with some peculiar references.
The pineapple pizza one may be the occasional, running gag by devs who have sometimes vented their disgust towards it, sometimes tucked away somewhere in the dev notes.
The baseball one is a bit tricky, but it may (or may not) be a reference to the BFBC2 random grenade spam commercial from over a decade ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2Qpui1hYBw That in itself is a parodical response to CoD's MW2 video regarding the same topic.

They used entities from Dead Space for the plushies, so those weren't designed from scratch. They placed them on a single map with some RNG built-in. Most of that stuff is Dev101 material. The sad part is a lot of the "major" changes since launch were not major at all. They have stretched content so far that it is actually impressive at this point.
I suspect next season will have two maps with one being "ported" from Portal into AOW.Is there any S6 EEG still active at the moment?

@UnexpectedFacial I think the BFEE people have a dedicated one, but I just used my own Portal experience (aa7u6r) and restarted the server each time I found a plushie or checked all the locations and didn't find one.
