Helicopter gameplay is near damn impossible

Yeah it’s rough. Constant hacks and lock-ons and there’s usually an AA camper that sits near their spawn. That’s not even mentioning the enemy aircraft. The people that complain that AA is weak are delusional.

Yep. Just played a game where there was a Rao hiding in a bush somewhere and I couldn’t find him. Hacked me all game. Whenever Rao hacks he needs to light up like I scanned him with Paik. Ultimate coward specialist. 

@CPT_GASLIGHTworst is, i do flips and flops to dodge, still gets me. BEST so far when TV misses me, HE makes that U-turn and gets me. Unreal.

EDIT: Lmfao, i had interesting death. Bot dropped me with m5 250m away.

@Man_iLoveFishingI agree completely, in BF2042 they make all the equipment outcasts, turn the BF into a kind of CoD. Now it has become impossible to fly on a helicopter, this devil Fox has increased the damage from TV rockets to one hit in a stealth helicopter. Infantry on the map from 30 to 60 units and every fifth Fox. Sometimes up to 3 TV rockets fly behind you and how can you play here at all!? I used to die in a 1v1 dogfight against a helicopter, and now from Lis, so that she burns in hell with DICE

First everybody knows in gaming world that "only pilots in BF" are not good pilots....

Why will you ask? Because it's easier to farm infantry focused on ground objectives, while most oponents don't have any tool to defend or retaliate....

For example playing air superirity would make other players able to play with you... But we all know you're not looking for this as you talk about infantry timer on spawn...

BF franchise has some good pilots, but the franchise is well known for attrack bad pilots. The good ones go in other games. Battlefield is farm simulator for "only pilots".

Good pilots seek fighting, not fishing in a barrel with grenades....

Battlefield 2042 offer the minimum for a pilot, it's barely fun... BUT ! You can farm infantry and get big ratio far more easilly than with anything else in the game. If you like piloting BF2042 is one of the worst game available... No you look to have an advantage ingame that's it. At least don't lie to yourself.

You don't agree and pretend to be good? Show me any stronger asset in the game... oups you failed... You use ONLY the strongest part of the game... that's it.

Before you bring the second hilarious joke of "bad only pilots".... Battlefield is about vehicules go play COD if you don't like them....

I'll answer it. BF is FPS game, meaning infantry with vehicules support. Not the oposite. It's designed to play mostly infantry and sometimes vehicules but low players prefer to play only vehicules because it help them a lot.

1 - Because you can play as you want, but you're facing a limitation for noobs and complain about it... Yea you have to wait in spawn, but only because you're bad and can't play normally...

You don't want 2 minutes waiting in spawn? Play it as intended and don't try to turn it in easy farm simulator.

2- Your first sentence... "it's too spammy".... THIS was hilarious from someone who spam rockets on the ground with infinite ammo....

In conclusion you want all advantages, using strongest assets for yourself without any penalties....

And you claim to be "good" while complaining here ?

You can play as you want, but while doing this you penalise your team because they have one less player when you lose minutes in spawn menu. And then you prevent others from accessing the vehicules because you monopolise them. And for bad result (you're complaining aboutt missiles spam and spawn timers) you lose those vehicules fast.

In a few lines you've just shown that you're not a good pilot, you're a bad Battlefield player and most important an awfull teammate ruining team's chances with bad behaviour.

You should consider playing the game as intended and not twist it to hard to your advantage or go play another game.

Yes, of course, you can drive all the dissatisfied to play where they are interested in the old BF series where they dominated. I think before any useful feedback could be offered, you should clearly define what YOU believe fair and balanced helicopter gameplay should consist of?

@mrtwotimesHe can't or won't answer that beyond what he has already said but may add 'unskilled' at some point.

What he fails to realise is that when Air starts to get 'out of hand' against ground in a particular game, if the team is decent ground will decide to fight back.

It is very difficult for just one or two ground players to destroy effective Air, more have to join the fight and this is his problem when that happens.

In other words, genuinely 'good' Air players are often a victim of their own success.

He won't admit to it mind.....

Buddy have you even tried flying? Or are you another low-brow infantry player that thinks walking onto the objective and placing down some ammo or health is "skill." Guessing the latter.

You have to deal with other aircraft. You have to deal with ground vehicles. The fact that you think pilots only go after infantry shows how bad you are.

The way you ask a question, give an answer to it without any clue, and jump on easiest conclusion says a lot on you.

I know what i'm talking about, i won't pretend to be a very good pilot, average i'd say. But you should notice that most of the self-claimed "good pilots" aren't in reality.

I do play infantry and vehicules because it's how the game is designed to be played, and because it helps me a lot in every situation because i know the limitations and strenghs of my oponents ingame.

Reading you i higly doubt you do.

Soo instead of vain debates here, because you only watch one side of the coin, i would suggest you to watch some real good ones and listen to what they say. Youtube is full of "i'm a god pilot !!!"

Here is one of the top ones, he's no joke and knows the game. Look how he fly and maybe you won't have to come back to defend the "good pilots are mad to spend all their time in the spawn screen becauses AA is OP".

Practice, use good advices from the bests, and then come back to talk about balancing.
