Battlefield 2042 huge input lag/stutter? server issue or game issue?

I played this game back in 2024 and at that time there was no issue like this, so I downloaded this game yesterday and tried to play it but its unplayable. even though FPS is good but there's a heavy input lag/Stutter in game. I'm in Sri Lanka, is it a server problem or client side? I'm using a fiber connection as my internet (I getting stable 300mbps). My pc spec - i7 7700K, 16GB 3000mhz, MSI GTX 1080 8GB, Monitor 3440 x 1440 resolution, and yes there's a huge bottleneck in my configuration but I managed to play this game in low setting. back in 2024 I played in i5 7500 and there was no issue at all. What should I do now?
