There's also Xbox Game Pass and EA Play subscriptions you can buy for a month to rent games before buying them.
I'm a big game rental fan. I remember when there used to be movie and game rental stores on street corners. I've rented tons of video games and movies over the years. 🙂
Try before you buy. You could also do that with electronics back in the day. Rent to own, lol. I don't even know if they still do that.

@Adamonic wrote:That's true! I remember renting the Sega Saturn game console from Blockbuster Video. I would never rent to own though due to high interest rates. I only rent something long enough to figure out if I want to buy it.

Without a shadow of doubt, the worst Battlefield I have experienced. Hard-line is different as it was a off-shoot, not mainstream Battlefield. Graphically there's nothing bad about the 2042, but it is just everything under the hood, poor design choices, extreme lack of content. 2+ years in and only 5 new maps! awful maps, a revision of destruction, which was a standout feature of the game! It pales in comparison to heavyweights like Bad Company 2, BF3 and 4
All this talk of Battlefield is back is youtuber shill propaganda!

Indeed the worst game of this franchise. I refuse to accept this as a Battlefield game, personaly i see it more as a Battleflaw. No (pre)order for the next title from me, unless they did a complete overhaul and deliver a true and finished game that's worth the name Battlefield. It's up to them to gain my trust back.

Nah, that title belongs to BFV.

Agree. I mostly only played BFV because it was the current one at the time.

I think BFV was a perfectly cromulent release. Not the best, not the worst. I liked the building of inplacements/barriers and such (it didn't feel fortnite-y and made sense for the maps/time period). The movement was good and graphically was solid.I didn't start playing it until much later after all the TTK changes/reversions/etc but the content that was released felt solid, and by the end of the games shortened life (to much of everyone's disappointment) when they cut it short to move over to "all hands on deck for 2042" was crap.

The content I enjoyed / played most in BFV was "War in the Pacific".

Just watching the Official Trailer brings back some fond memories. - @zaitsl8jlk87 I wish specialists were removed and the vehicles were balanced but i guess that is too much to ask for
