Battlefield 2042 Lag

First time playing Battlefield 2042 after the BF6 open beta, the game felt laggy even tho I had good ping. I kept getting those 3 orange squares at the top of the screen. Other Battlefield games (1, 4, and 5) felt smooth when I played - no enemies or teammates teleporting back and forth, and movements felt normal.
