Battlefield 2042 recoil
Idk what's wrong with this game, but only a hand full of guns are even remotely usable. Recoil so * bad it's uncontrollable for 90% of the guns. I feel like I'm forced to use like 2 guns to kill anyt...
I'd just like to clarify that in my last post I said that there was no 'good' advice in the thread, but of course there was plenty and it's all valid.
I didn't actually mean it that way and just reading back there that's what it looked like!
I just meant that increasing your FOV will instantly give you less recoil, and that wasn't mentioned.
I think a lot of players that will start these kinds of threads are using a low FOV but nobody actually ever mentions this to them.
There is certainly recoil at a lower FOV, especially on some guns.
Personally I use a lower FOV and this is because I like to see as much into the distance as possible.
But this has a drawback in that it makes the gun play much more reactionary, as the recoil is more pronounced, and also the player models move a lot faster.
It just comes down to whatever suits your play style and whatever you're comfortable with, you just need to play around for a while and then settle on something.
So try everything said in this thread, but start with increasing your FOV incrementally and just see what you like.
Good luck on your quest!
