Battlefield 2042 Refund Request
Good afternoon everyone,
I had reached out to the EA Help and was directed here by a Live Chat Rep (Anvesh)
Based on substantial evidence provided, I am seeking a refund under the United States Consumer Protection Laws for the following reasons:
- Battlefield 2042 is not of acceptable quality
- Battlefield 2042 is not as advertised at the time of purchase
- Battlefield 2042 is not fit for purpose
There is also substantial evidence of Origin and Steam refunding the game outside the current policies, this game has been always 1 step forward and 2 steps back with development and I don't plan on investing anymore time in this.
