So technically, I can play the game for like 10 hours but I have to request the refund before the rest of the day after launching it is over?. If that is the case then it is better than Steam in that regard. More time to test the game out.

@SladeUpIf you plan on purchasing day of release, yes. If you pre-order, you have to pay attention to the 14-day timeframe.

I also think it is a fair deal as well. Hope to see you on the Battlefield.

I'v been trying to refund it but, when I got to order history I don't have the option to cancel my preorder and when I request a refund EA tells me I have no games eligible for refund. Got any idea where to go from here?

So I cant refund because I didn't ask for one within 24 hours of launching the game. A bit shoddy of a policy if you ask me.

I only played 7 hours so far as I have been busy with work. Not sure about you guys but I think the policy should be within 24 hours of playing time or 7 days of launching. 

anyway....I guess I have to keep this sham of a game.
