@GrizzGolf just fair.
The dispersion effect is basically a masked PC nerf.
Consoles already have a 25% recoil reduction, so even if dispersion goes up 20% overall, it will actually widen the gap between PC and consoles. That doesn't even take into account aim assist.

Spread and recoil are separate

The 0.75x modifier on controllers is for recoil only; not spread/dispersion.

Yeah good catch, they are independent, but most values for console are irrelevant with aim assist anyway.
