Hello Support and EveryoneI wanted to give you a idea about doing in this game a campaign with it so two side one side pvp and in the other side Campaign so that if people like me are interested in campaign they can play it and for othet who are more pvp they can do pvp so my idea is like I said do both side options so one side pvp and on the other side campaign I think ans hope it's a good idea and I hope it will come with campaign I really hope.

Hello @mrlukemonsterBattlefield 2042 has no Single Player Campaign. DICE will not make it, even if they has the best idea now. 🙂There will be some sort of 'Story' in Seasons. Each Season will have its own 'Story' and I believe that we will need to complete some assignments through that Season. We already know that 1 Year will have 4 Seasons so if you Pre-Order Gold or Ultimate Edition, you will recieve Year 1 Pass that will grant you 4 Battle Passes thought that Year.

So, I hate to break this to you, but one of the most successful games in all of the Battlefield franchises was Battlefield 2142 and that had no campaign or story mode whatsoever. Battlefield 2 did not either. Battlefield Hardline, is technically the WORST and not a part of the franchise. Dice did not make it. I cringe every time someone includes it with the rest of the Battlefields.Now, just because you've talked to support and they said they are going to "pass" your idea on to the developers doesn't mean they necessarily will. What they're doing is just common consumer interaction replies. The game has already been revealed, shown to E3, being shown at the EA showcase on July 22, going to a closed and open beta phase soon after that and then an early release for preorders and an official release on October 22, 2012. That's about 105 days away. If there were going to be any type of single player or a campaign or war stories in it, it would already have it.Instead, BF2042 takes place 22 years after BF4. The story you're looking for will be in the lore throughout the game. Through tidbits you unlock, areas you find in multiplayer maps, etc. etc. That's how it's generally been done in nearly all of the battlefields. Battlefield thrives on pvp. It is meant to be a pvp game. It introduced 32v32 all out warfare on large maps and turned FPSs into a literal playground. And now, for next gen consoles and PCs, we're going up from 32v32 to 64v64 all out warfare.Based on your sentence structure and grammar, I can tell that English isn't your primary language. And you've repeated yourself quite a bit. I understand your frustration with this not having a campaign. Battlefield might not be your type of franchise. Halo might be more your thing.

@carsono311 and to those who have a same idea because I ask support as a example if they were developers what they would think of my idea and he/she said that this is a good idea and just multiplayer is somehow maybe boring to me at least because playing the same thing is not much and me as a noob is definitely not good at pvp and campaign is good because you hear the story and explaining why this all happened etc. That the reason why I think campaign would be great and like I said two part would be cool one side for those like me who like campaign play campaign and on the other side is pvp for those I guess you are one of those who rather play pvp so that I think is a good idea two side.

@mrlukemonsterI know that they pass ideas and feedback to their Team but it was confirmed that Battlefield 2042 has no Campaing and the best thing for DICE Is that they put all work into Multiplayer. 🙂I would like to see Campaing too but its time to live withouth Campaing in BF2042. And btw I just checked on YouTube about what most people think about battlefield 2042 that only pvp and most people I hear was it Sucks and one wrote already that Battlefield 2042 will fail without multiplayer ok he was guessing of course but look at other multiplayer games they thought it work but in the end it wasn't so I say that multiplayer alone is never a good idea in my opinion they should always do at least to side one side pvp and on the other side campaign always if they want more people to play I guess all other battlefield games and I'm just guessing went well because there was Campaign in all most games so my idea to DICE and EA please make a campaign in it if you wanna succes then I would buy it seriously.

@mrlukemonster Nobody needs the company. If you want an offline mode, then a friend told me that people can play with bots offline.

There will be no campaign. It is practically confirmed, the game will come out without the campaign mode and it is most likely that in the future they will not make a separate campaign for this new battlefield.
