@mrlukemonster I don't want to be mean to DICE for no campaign. coz I think they want to focus on making multiplayer better. But if they add offline PVE that'd be great imo.

I think that after the lousy feedback Dice received from BFV, they sat down and took stock of what made the franchise so popular to begin with.
If we look at BF1942 and BF2, which can be looked at as the cornerstones of the popularity of Battlefield - we notice a lack of single player content outside of some bot action and players were fine with it and with paying full price for those games.
I do remember thinking back then (BF2) that it would be cool if Dice made a single player mode with a story, but now I feel that it's better they just concentrate all of their resources and focus on multiplayer to make it as good as they can.
Clearly Dice decided on this course of action and I give credit to them for doing that as it is a gamble as they can no longer market the game with a single player story mode, and because of that they will lose some potential customers.
I don't see this as a case of "why does it bother you? They can just include it and you can choose whether or not you play it. Options are always good to have".
If the premise is that developing a single player mode takes away from the development of the main multiplayer component - then I'm 100% against that.
It would be better if Dice or another EA studio developed a single player story driven game outside of the multiplayer Battlefield, but like Battlefield and with Frostbite, so that those who want that would have it as a choice.
Battlefield is first and foremost a multiplayer game and that is how it should remain in the future.
@UP_SunnyTheWolf I don't know what to say but what I can say is I still hope that dice or whoever is doing this game and I guess is dice do in this game two part so one campaign and other side pvp so people can decide if they want like me campaign or like you pvp I just guess if they want more people to play this game like all other developers in other games then they should do two side like in other games it's much more fun and you can decide as well.
