battlefield 2042

I'm having trouble putting the game in full screen, it only starts in windowed mode and I can't change any settings. It's been three days since I bought the game and the problem still hasn't been resolved. I've already contacted EA and we've talked about the matter, but the two times I've spoken, they haven't resolved anything yet. I hope they resolve the issue as quickly as possible, otherwise I'll definitely want a refund.
