DICE TeamHave to say not very fun. It is very one-sided. No even matches. You either were getting dominated/destroyed or you were on the other team doing the dominating/destroying. It is something that was thrown together in Portal. BF3 did it SO much better.

BF3 Close Quarters Premium DLC was built from the ground up specifically for Conquest Domination mode and introduced micro destruction to the series.
They also designed parts of the maps in BF3's CTF DLC for the CTF mode which is why that mode was so good in BF3. The maps were perfect for CTF.
Oh and nearly forgot.
BF3's TDM was actually good with appropriate map sizes for the player count.
Then in BF4 they spent zero effort on Conquest Domination and CTF and made the TDM play area far too big and predictably they were all awful and forgettable.
Yes, I have the same feeling, it was so better in BF3. Now there are big areas without any cover. You are on the loosing side as there is no teamplay as everyone looking out of the K/D instead of the objective. I've played 5 hours now and I only won 3!!!! game because of no teamplay...
I do not care if I loose but this is not fun anymore. And someone said it is boring, he was right, no rewards. I've try to do the objective, but I was simply killed as my teammate got more points for kills from far away....

Yeah that has been my experience, matches have been very one sided.
The 16 v 16 will be available from later today so will give it a try.
In new event I always get into almost lost match on loosing team. Had only 2 matches from start
Yes, I started a thread specifically for this.
It just shows how little effort DICE put into this and and how much they just couldn't give a stuff about the players.
No change to the spawn system no lobbies or hold on spawn so the players all start at the same time.
CONSTANTLY been dumped in a game that is nearly finished or where they hold one or less flags.
Honestly DICE just shouldn't bother if this is the best they can do after a YEAR of release.
Only game mode where I can get games without crossplay with PC 🤣
