@Straatford87Thoughts:
Need more generic non combat vehicles, quads ,motorcycles, jeeps etc either placed around the map or as call ins , considering the amount of players than get stuck running( partly due to lack of being able to spawn as passengers in vehicles at start)
- on that same note I feel calling in tanks and combat vehicle should be taken out. Having certain capture points held, granting that team an extra vehicle or two is much better .. call ins should be transport only IMO
-building cover as in bfV could be helpful
-on breakthrough or conquest I think having capture points rotate or spawn in random areas per round would keep things much more interesting. That way it’s not the same tactics, same defensive/offensive positions every single round. There’s places on some maps that never get used. Even if those positions fall within the same general area. Areas that have two capture points, may only have one there the next round, or instead of being in this one building every round , the next that same point is now inside of a tunnel adjacent etc I know the maps are designed with certain capture areas in mind, but spontaneous/shifting areas might keep things interesting to say the least.
-in more open traversal areas, even small additions of rocks or clusters of trees or debris would help the players on foot. Natural terrain, not random objects like containers or a partial wall.. that starts feeling more like a game of paintball that a war. Personally I’ve always liked that BF isn’t flooded with nothing but buildings for people to hide in, the terrain design has always lent itself to natural cover as well, and every bit as effective.
