Battlefield is dead

So as a long-time fan of the franchise I'm very sad to say that Battlefield is no more. I don't really want to talk about server joining issues or random bullet spread, that can and will probably be fixed but DICE and EA have decided to remove key features that made Battlefield what it is today.

1. Specialists instead of classes. Look, I like Warzone and I kind of enjoyed playing all-put warfare and felt like it was a Warzone DLC with weird special traits like Rainbow Six Siege operators. It was a bit of fun but nothing original, just a copy-paste really and certainly not something worth buying for a full price.

2. No more factions, a really weird decision for a Battlefield game.

3. No server browser, I understand where it's going. The next step is to implement skill-based matchmaking (no coincidence EA have recently registered an SBMM algorithm) which has been plaguing call of duty and many other games ruining fun for a lot of players that are above noob skill level.

4. No scoreboard. Again, a decision meant to protect noobs. I don't understand why are the devs so worried about the noobs.

5. Plus system which is ok but still takes away the thinking factor. Before players had to pick their attachments carefully. Now it doesn't really matter, you can change it on the fly. Again, DICE is trying to protect the noobs.

So, all of the 5 decisions are meant to maximise profits by selling more copies and skins to kids and noobs. This game is not aimed at the fans of this franchise but at noobs. A terrible decision to be honest. No need to reinvent the wheel, you had great games in the past. Just innovate based on those games instead of desperately trying to appeal to kids by copy-pasting stuff from other games.
