Battlefield withdrawal

December 2019 is the last time I played BF regularly. This is the longest I've gone without Battlefield in my life. Come on Dice, do something.

  • @ragnarok013 Sounds like a good initiative to get ready for 2042, will ping some other people and see if we can get some more bodies for the US timeslot (even if i'm in Europe atm and will turn into a slight HPB).

Might be a bit late today due to other commitments, but if it's a weekly thing i can just about guarantee I'll make time for next week and drag a few more along, will hop on discord when i/we can make it.
  • @BaronVonGoon Anyone else remember the days when you read about an upcoming game in a computer/gamer magazine, and that was it?

6 months later the game was released.

Yea I wish there was more communication from EA/Dice as well but because of what I said above I'm not worried one bit.

Everything will come when they are ready to fully show it but silence is not necessarily bad when game developers were even more silent about it in the past and the games still were great 🙂

    Back then @Jesse165 ,

We were all happy by having a low res black and white monitor that could show us batting a ball up against a wall.

And the amazing thing was that the ball could go at two different speeds and also the rebound angle could either be classic 45 degrees or more aggressive mode at 60 degrees.  The expert level meant it would be random between each bounce off the walls.

Miles away from what the demanding customers expect these days from a casual game to be entertained...

  • @BaronVonGoon I'm still playin battlefield 4 man. Bf1 and bfv jus didnt have the same sense of chaos.... And from the looks of it, ill still be playing it for a few more years lol cuz this call of duty that DICE is releasing just isnt my cup of tea
