Just got myself a Herman Miller Embody since I work from home and thus sit in front of the computer screen quite a lot.
Used to sit in an Ikea chair (Markus) and I kept slouching which resulted in pain in my back.
Now I can sit comfortable both upright and reclined with good support for my back.
@AlfSimen I use a Markus chair too when I'm working, and that might explain my sore back as it does make me want to slouch. Will check the Herman Miller Embody out.
- @ElliotLH Unfortunately the chair is quite expensive, but I felt I needed something proper after too many years in a bad posture. Of course I can slouch in the Embody as well, but I feel it's a lot easier to maintain a good posture in it. Try to find some place to test it out 🙂
- @AlfSimen If it's too expensive my girlfriend and parents can club together for my birthday next year haha. Pity my employers don't allowed to expense things we need for working at home - that'd be ideal 🤣
