To keep alive the Battle Royal option just in case (EA leadership got severe negatives, when not having the BR option in the BFV game on release back then) and then ongoing micro transactions on more new specialists/cosmetics/gadgets to monetize the hell out of it going forward.
@CyberDyme Battle Royal is so three years ago.
- @kregora All we're missing now is someone dragging Kenny Loggins out of retirement to remix "Danger Zone" to "Hazard Zone" for launch day, and the PR blitz is complete.
